Yep can't download and getting "You are currently logged in to the private area of this site.", whats up?

hi...i got the same problem ....admin plz check it...when ever i click on download button it take me to the page saying"You are currently logged in to the private area of this site".....i cant understand why it's not downloading.... :( help me out...

When I click the Download button I'm getting to the logout page.
