Cometchat not working in mobile joomla

Good day,

We are attempting to use the cometchat (www.cometchat.com/jomsocial-chat) in our site.It works on desktop but not mobile

The code to embed the chat is added to template header as follows:

It works when I rename/remove file "jqtouch.min.css" from templates/mobile_iphone/jqtouch-src/jqtouch
