Can A different set of features for the mobile site be defined

I am working on integrating a mobile joomla plugin to my joomla site and i want to know if it is possible to specify the features i want to be available on the mobile site. also if i can define some features that will be only available on the mobile site and not on the main joomla site.

Pls it is urgent, all suggestions, ideas will be appreciated
