Galaxy Note 3 not detected

I have bought Mobile Joomla Pro, but my website is not detected for Galaxy Note 3.

When I go to my URL : domaineamirault.com/fr/vignoble/philosophie whith Galaxy Note 3, it display the Desktop template.

With other Smartphone and tablet, it's works fine !

Galaxy Note 3 is included into both remote device database and local AMDD database. Could you visit mobilejoomla.com/uatest.php?mjpro on your Galaxy Note 3 and post here results (User-Agent header and device types detected by AMDD and RDDB)?

And do you use latest MJ Pro version?

My current version is : Pro 1.2.11

Do you have a solution ?

'xhtml' means that it is detected as smartphone device. Most likely you switched to desktop mode, try to visit yoursite.com/?device=auto to reset "device mode" cookie.

If it doesn't help. it may be that there is an incorrect data in RDDB cache because of hash collision, then try to clear "plg_mobile_mjpro_remotedb" cache.

How I could do that ?

Just visit http://[your-site-url-here]/?device=auto in your mobile browser on Galaxy Note 3.
