Mobile Joomla! with Joomla! version 1.5.17

Can I use this extention with Joomla! version 1.5.17 ?

MobileJoomla works on 1.5.26, and it should work in previous versions as well, but we test it on latest releases of each branch only (1.5.26, 2.5.28, and 3.4.x).
