PHP Exceptions in error log

I am receiving the following exceptions in my error_log on my server:

[12-Mar-2012 16:30:02] Caught exception 'Exception' with message 'Error in DB RIS Query: Illegal mix of collations (utf8_general_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8_unicode_ci,IMPLICIT) for operation '='.

This is happening on a continuous basis to where I have to log in and delete the log file after 4 hours as it grows to over a meg in size in that time.

Try to reinstall MJ, may it will fix the issue.
Does the error arise just after MJ installation, or some time later (few hours/days/...)?
