Elegance and Remove Support Ads module

My question is this:

If I buy Elegance Mobile Joomla comes with The Remove Support Ads or should I buy it separately?

Elegance template doesn't display ads, but it displays "(C) 2013 Sitename. Joomla! is Free Software released under the GNU General Public License. Mobile version by Mobile Joomla!" and this message can be hidden with Remove Support Ads plugin. The plugin is free for Elegance template customers.
