Today, I would like to buy the Mobile Joomla Club, however when i confirm order at 199 dollars, instead to charge about 150 euros (the actual change euro/dollar) paypal charge 246 dollars! (see herebelow)
why? can you help me?

Most likely it includes 24% VAT.

Can I enter my company's VAT ID anywhere so that VAT is not added to the price when ordering?

There's a field for the VAT ID on our order form, please enter it there. By the law, we're required to check for the validity of the VAT ID to exclude the tax. You'll see a note on the order form if the ID was not recognized.
