PAID FOR BASIC MOBILE JOOMLA but STILL considered EXPIRED 

I also paid for the SQUARE TEMPLATE and can not download any updates.

Please fix the files on my account so I have my PAID subscription and I can
get access to updated templates!!

I have PAID for subscription TWICE and need to have my account fixed and credited for
the second year, not another subscription for the same domain
