Trying to buy Elegance-- domain rejected

Hi, University of Alaska Journallism would like to upgrade from MJ to using the MJ elegance template on our online student publication, Extreme Alaska, www.uafjournalism/extreme. For some reason, the sales page keeps rejecting my order as an "invalid domain." Our department maintains this uafjournalism.com server using HostGator. This professor is simply trying to buy the upgrade out of pocket, ideally applying the Easter discount code!

Domain name should be typed as "www.uafjournalism.com", without pathes etc.
