Is the fee one-time or annual?

Is the template fee $69/year or a one-time $69 fee? I see the terms say "one year"

Hi there, price includes 1 year of support & updates. You can keep using the template on your site once your subscription is over. However, you will not have access to updates, premium support or documentation, unless you renew your subscription.
