How to make "Fixed Top Menu" (no scrolling)?

Hi, I would like to know how to add a code that makes top menu fixed on screen. This way, when I scroll down to read the article the top menu stay fixed on top

2.) What is the version of Mobile Joomla and it's template (flat, elegance or default) ?
