There is Mobile Switcher module to switch between different versions of the same page. If it doesn't suit you, use direct URLs:
yourwebsi.te/?device=mobile - for mobile version
yourwebsi.te/?device=tablet - for tablet version (available in MJ Pro)
yourwebsi.te/?device=desktop - for desktop version
