Can't get it to work

Hi,

I had always the free version from mobile joomla account and i just buy the basic account. I also have installed the square themplate.

But there ins't any reponse on my mobile. All the plugins are on. I reinstalled the mobile version. In the dashboard it also keep telling that i am using the free version (support adds keep staying on "on")

Please give me advice

Other online simulators are not working properly I checked your site using my Phone Asus Android and Mobile Joomla is working. Please see screenshot: screencast.com/t/GSSZwNyn0

Can you provide us a screenshot from your from? There's also a preview simulator on MJ settings.

About the issue where it says free, can you completely uninstall Mobile Joomla and reinstall the one that you downloaded (Basic).
