Display Issues using Pro 2.1.4

I am installing this
for a client who purchased the pro version from you. When Its enabled we are receiving the attached error. See screenshot. Do you think this is something you can resolve

or direct me how to fix it.

The error message that appears three times is....Warning: require(JPATH_VM_ADMINISTRATOR/models/orders.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/homecaretechnolo/public_html/plugins/system/bit_vm_ga/bit_vm_ga.php on line 228
