Mobile Joomla Doesn't Display

When on any mobile device, I navigate to my URL, it then redirects to the subdomain, and page doesn't load. The loading bar doesn't move and the page doesn't display and stays white.
I don't find any errors in the log file.

Please help. Thanks!

Thanks for using Mobile Joomla! Forum. Please go to Mobile Joomla advanced settings then go to subdomain and make sure there's nothing there. If there's still a problem, please send us the following to our email support​@​mobilejoomla.com

1.) Screenshot of the issue
2.) Temporary login so that we can replicate the issue on our end.
3.) URL thread of this forum for reference.
