if you open a website on a desktop PC , you can choose: destination, dates... 
Try to open that link on PC and compare the work with the version on your mobile ( Settings do not allow scripts to work , if I understand correctly )

i found tha problem file.
but it is't change all problems. the module work corrct without index.php in template /mobile_basic/

as you see now on website mobile
