Don't know how to use this!

Hello!

So I'm trying to install the .gz file I downloaded, but I keep getting this message:

"JFolder::create: Infinite loop detected
Warning: Failed to move file!
JFile: :read: Unable to open file: /data/21/2/107/131/2759783/user/3034034/htdocs/tmp/Mobile-Joomla.2.1.9.tar.gz
Unable to read archive"

I don't know how to fix this. Can someone please help?

How do I get you a temporary admin login and an FTP login?

Do you have a developer who manages your site? If so, he or she should have a login for your Joomla site and FTP login for your hosting.

If not, please contact your hosting provider to get those details and please send us to our email support​@​mobilejoomla.com
