Simple Pop Up

I'm using a plugin that creates a pop-up window on any page. The plugin works fine on my desktop site but not in Mobile joomla. I know it's something MobileJoomla isn't support or is blocking. I was wondering if there is a setting I need to enable in MJ backend for the plugin compatibility?
