Demo not working

I installed Mobile Joomla ver 2.1.9. Installation was OK, no error messages however the app didn't work.
Unable to choose options in the combo boxes and the Preview showed no screen.
If I provide your tech staff with Supervisor access to my site and FTP credential could them have a "peek" and figure out if it's a way to make Mobile functional on it?

1.) Screenshot pointing out the issue
2.) Temporary admin login

Maybe there's no need for an FTP access. We will request an FTP access in case we need one.
