Blank Screen after Basic Installation

Hi,

I want to test Mobile Joomla!, before I buy the ProVersion.

The installation was without errors.
At the configuration I choose the Mobile_Basic Template. But if I do that I get a blank screen, even in the preview. If I choose my standard Joomla Template, it runs.

Have you got any idea what is wrong?

If you are getting blank screen, we need to further investigate what's causing that issue.

Please send us the following to our email so that we can start the investigation:

- Screenshot of the issue
- Temporary admin login

Can you send us please an FTP login and send it to our email support​@​mobilejoomla.com ? We need to further investigate and check some error logs. Mobile Joomla is now enabled but it won't detect its template.

Please also include the URL of this forum thread so that we can have a reference.
