Hello,
May I ask which file you entered your custom CSS? It should be in your mobile joomla template folder / css / custom.css

Hi
.
I have some files that I did modifications, as 94d27b.css, 3d2725.css, that are in the folder .../media/mj, where I believe are the files that make the lay out for joomla mobile,
but after some days these files turn back to original files, I did a lot of changes and the files persist back !!!
What do you mean about the custom CSS?!! what should I do with it ?!

You mentioned: "I have some files that I did modifications, as 94d27b.css, 3d2725.css, " <-- we don't advise to edit those CSS files. Instead, try adding or editing your css in your mobile joomla template folder / css / custom.css. Example: /templates/mobile_basic/css/custom.css
