Info for layout

Dear TEam
I wanted to know if it is a limitation of the free version because if the mobile "active" is active on the smartphone it visors a margin of 0.5 cm across the screen. Can I know if you can solve this problem by upgrading the base version? OR is a problem with my template?
The template is axxen for joomla.
i attached photo for example enabled and not enable.

May I ask which template is that? If mobile joomla is enabled or using a different template, does it not show the margin?
