Home page not showing properly

Why would Mobile joomla show the top page "/index.php" properly, but not at the root url "/"?
I've used mobile joomla on many different sites, but this is the first one that has this issue.

@a2zcs , Hello. It's not in Mobile Joomla.

You can fix that by going to Global Configuration page --> set YES to URL writing.
