print and email icons do not showing in the articles!

Hello!

The print and email icons was configured in the global configuration to show in articles, but they do not appears when i visualize the site in the smartphone.

Can anyone help?

Our mobile templates don't display print and email icons, because of they are hardly useful in the case of smartphones.
