Where is the banner image??

Why does not the banner image appear on the smartphone? I've already tried various settings (I disabled lazy load, I changed the mobile template, etc.) and the banner image that should appear on all pages simply does not appear on the mobile! Attached image to illustrate. Thanks for your help.

I really need help with that. The template I am using is Beez3 and when I use Mobile Joomla the image of the top banner simply does not appear, as attached file. What could it be? Please help!
