Mobile template is not displayed

Have specially made a template for the mobile version and referenced mobile joomla. but it is not displayed. white I the mobile template, the menu items then this is also displayed to me mobile, but on the PC then unfortunately synonymous, the mobile version. what am I doing wrong?
