Mobile Joomla doesn't work at all when you have the SEF ursl options on... Just go to bad links.

Same here, any solution? In my case behaives like this:
if I'm not using SEF and rewrite, menus works fine, if I'm using SEF menus always points to the main page, if I'm using SEF + rewrite get broken links. In desktop version everything is fine. What's wrong?

I think I got a solution for my case. It looks like the builtin Cache plugin was the problem. ( I have joomla 1.7). So or you disable this plugin, or use something else. I need cache for speed, so I disabled bultin cache and installed joscache (free plugin). Now everything is OK. Maybe it's your case too, worth a try...

I've got a 1.6 joomla site with mobile joomla. The mobile version of the site wasn't displaying so I turned off the system cache plugin as you suggest, but no site displayed.

If I turn off SEF and rewrite and the system cache all together though, the site displays on mobile beautifully!

Now the question is, how do we enable SEF at least, with mobile joomla? Still not sure.

Sorry, I forgot to mention, that I didn't switch back the rewrite, I stay only with SEF.

Do you use core or 3rdparty SEF extension?

I'm using the core SEF extension. When I use only SEF (not rewrite) the site doesn't display on mobile.

Should I use a 3rd party SEF extension instead?

This still seems to be a problem when using Joomla 2.5.1 and having core SEO set as:
Global Configuration->SEO Settings-> Search Engine Friendly URLs (ON).

When browsing to mobile site via Firefox with User Agent Switched to iPhone or Android, or even an actual mobile device, the menu shown to go to other articles DO NOT WORK, they send you only to the home page. We are using Mobile Joomla 1.0RC06, no 3rd Party SEO extensions, and testing this on a localhost test site as live site has SEF URLs (OFF). Please advise if this is going to be fixed or...?

Today I found that with Global Configuration->Site->Search Engine Friendly URLs and Use URL rewriting both ON and having Global Configuration->System->Debug Site ON, Mobile Joomla works well with SEF URLs. However, if Debug Site is OFF, the Mobile Joomla menus again do not work. Perhaps there is something goes haywire when Mobile Joomla switches between Debug on and Debug Off modes. Please advise.
