Joomla CMS Version 3.0 is planned for release in September, will mobilejoomla support joomla 3.0 ?

Yes, we have dev build of MJ that works well in Joomla 3.0 Alpha, so MJ with support of J!3.0 will be released immediately after J!3.0 stable release.
