How to hide the mobile menu on select pages?

Hi, I am using Mobile Joomla 1.1.1 with Joomla 1.5. I am using the free iPhone template for all phone versions. I have set up a mobile menu for the mobile site version. The mobile menu module is in the mj_all_header position. So far everything is going great. 

My problem is that the mobile menu shows up on certain pages, but not others. I've found that the menu does not display at the top of single articles. It does display on the top of external link pages, menu aliases, and VirtueMart pages. My question is, how can I prevent the mobile menu from displaying on those external link, menu alias and VirtueMart pages? 

The site is previewable on mobile devices at wallawallavintners.com. I've only tested it with an iPhone so far.

Again, I am still waiting to hear. We have not received a response or had any success fixing it.
