How to enable Playing youtube videos on mobile site version

I have youtube videos embedded in my articles which show properly on the desktop version of my website, but viewin my site on my blackberry phone, i dont see the video thumbnail instead i see the install flash massage, and i really would like it if, a user visits the video sect he sees a thumbnail of the embedded video and when the user clicks the thumbnail the video starts to play on the same mobile page. Is this possible? Please an urgent response is needed.

Doesn't YouTube Mobile plugin work?

I have mobile youtube installed and enabled, and i use allvideo reloaded component to embed youtube video on my site ( www.pressplay360.net/videos ) . Is it that mobjoomla is not compatible with allvideo embed links?

The youtube mobile plugin is installed.

Try to install v.1.2.0.1 of the plugin, it should support allvideo's format too.
