Ad at bottom of mobile screen

I am getting banner ads on my web site at the bottom of mobile screens. They show up below the notice about Mobile Joomla being free. Is there any way to eliminate the banner ads? (One recently came up for one of or competitors!)

You can install Remove Support Ads plugin if you don't like to support us in such a way. Or, you can buy MJPro or Elegance template which doesn't have this ads at all.

Thanks for the reply.  I hadn't seen anything in the documentation about the ads. It was sort of embarrassing to learn about them from the owner of the company. After I get the ads removed I'll talk to him about a contribution or upgrade.

I downloaded the Remove Support Ads file but when I try to install it I get the "Warning" Failed to move file" error. What am I doing wrong?
