i got Fatal error: Class 'MobileJoomla' not found in /plugins/system/mobilebot/mobilebot.php on line 368

After installation and site is broken

It means that file administrator/components/com_mobilejoomla/classes/mobilejoomla.php is broken (this file contains definition of MobileJoomla class). Check that you have sufficient amount of free desk space and reinstall MobileJoomla.

reinstalled nothing changed disk is ok

What Joomla version do you use? Does administrator/components/com_mobilejoomla/classes/mobilejoomla.php file exist, readable, and has proper permissions (e.g. 0664)?
