Update won't install

I have tried over and over to get the update to install but I keep getting this error when it tried to install:

"Your server doesn't seem to support remote update. Please download & install the latest Mobile Joomla! manually."

So I do what it says, download and install the extension manually and it still won't install properly.

Need some help here.

What Joomla version do you use?
It is known issue of Joomla 3.0.x (fixed in 3.1beta, maybe will be fixed in 3.0.4 as well), otherwise updating should work (if remote connections are enabled serverside).

What do you mean by "it still won't install properly"?
