Block plugins in mobile view

I have a site that has a Plugin that puts a Facebook Icon/link on the left side of the screen. When viewing the mobile version, it shows up there as well only instead of being off out of the way, it covers a part of the content area. Is there any way to disable a plugin for the mobile view?
