isHome already returns true

Hi,

I've got a site upgraded to Joomla 3 and it works OK on the desktop.

Installed the latest version on Joomla Mobile and i'm testing with the default template but finding that its not working as expected - the front page loads but clicking a menu link changes the url (so looks like its going to the right page) but the page does not update.

On further investigation it (some debug code in the template) - it isn't working because the called to MobileJoomla->isHome() is always returning true - even if i'm not on the home page.

I've tried forcing the homepage to a particular page - but no joy.

Was almost going to file this as a bug - but find that hard to believe - anyone any idea what could be going on here?

Already was meant to be always - but I think you got the idea.

Did that update - thanks for that.  Looks better but one other issue.

If I load the site with mobile joomla but with no path e.g. 

somehost.com/

Then isHome still returns true.

If I load it at 

somehost.com/index.php/home

Then isHome returns true.

We are forcing the home page.

Does that make sense - I'm I missing something or is this expected behaviour.
