disable standard version and add icon on home screen android

Please how can I disable standard version or desktop view just strictly want my website to be accessed via mobile only just like app and how can I add icon on home screen for jelly bean android just like iPhone did. Thank you so much in advance.

If you want to force your site to be on mobile view only, you can select your site default template to a Mobile Joomla template like "Mobile_Baisic - default". Please see screenshot: screencast.com/t/A0kJcydhNQD
