Mobile site not displaying

When I go to my web site with a mobile device (android phone), received an error:
"forbidden - you don't have permission to access / on this server"
what does this mean? My mobile url is m.mysite.com

Solved...
Simply removed the mobile subdomain definition - m.mysite.com. Left the field empty, and everything works fine.
