I would like to purchase the "Remove Support Ads" because my client is complaining about the CandyCrush popups when you go to their mobile site, but it is not successfully connecting me to PayPal to complete my purchase. I would also like to verify that "Remove Support Ads" stop the popup or if there is another option I have to get. Thank you.

"Remove Support Ads" does it, but actually it's a legacy plugin for old MJ versions. For latest versions it's better to get MobileJoomla Basic subscription.

Thank you very much, will be Basic just overwrite my current installation and save all my settings? Also, I am still having issues connecting to PayPal.

Also, our current version is Community 1.2.8

Yes, installing any MJ version over existing ones save all previous settings.

Could you post some details of the issue, or post a screenshot?

When I go to purchase the product, it just hangs on this page (screenshot attached). And when I click on the link to go to PayPal, it's just my generic account landing page.

The link to PayPal doesn't work, it's true. But the page should be redirected automatically to PayPal's "Order summary" page. What browser do you use? Could you try to open "Console" tab in browser's developer tools (F12 usually) on "Order Confirmation" page and check for error messages after click on "Check out" button?

Thank you, it looks like the issue is entirely with Chrome. I just loaded in Firefox and the order went thru.
