after instal

i've got install and config it
but AFTER????
i've got a www.jurdan.org
but NOTHING is installed in (ex) iphone.jurdan.net
must i copy something, make subdirectory?
all the phones ive tryed get the plains template regular. not an adapted to phone one

After instal if i go to CONFIG module i've got a message

i have a look in FTP client and there is only a index.html in / administrator / components / com_mobilejoomla / ????

My experience getting the component to work on the iPhone. I installed as normal through backend admin, but the iphone was not loading the iphone template. In browsing the admin folder, I saw some files were missing. I uninstalled the component and then re-installed the component, and now its functioning. This might help some.
