Home page shows correctly, but pages on menu do not

www.arrowservices.com

The home page shows up normal, but all interior pages seem to change to a different template. I checked the settings with other sites I have done and everything seems correct. 

Any Ideas?

Also, the "standard site" link goes to a weird mobile template instead of the desktop site, despite the link being www.arrowservices.com/?device=desktop
