Mobile site not coming up on samsung note 4

I have had mobile joomla for some time now and it has worked fine for our website at bridgeincorona.org. Now, the site won't open on my smartphone as a mobile site. I have checked the mobile joomla in my joomla admin and it looks alright.

Can you assist me?
