Mobile Display

Although google web master says my site is mobile friendly it does not display correctly. I have just downloaded and installed the free version of "mobile joomla" having checked with my service provider that all of the parameters listed are available, it says that it installed successfully but now the display is much worse?

I would be happy to buy the ad free version but need re assurance that it will work?
