Please send us a screenshot about the error message: ""cannot be displayed because website using wrong or unsupported compressing method".

If possible, please send us the following to our email support@mobilejoomla.com

1.) error_log file that is located in your Joomla root directory
2.) Temporary login for further investigation
3.) URL of this forum thread
