How can I change what appears as the copyright in the footer?

I found the footer references on lines 244, 402, 552 and 661 of the mobilejoomla.class.php file in the com-mobilejoomla directory under the components directory under the administrator folder of Joomla.

I would like to change what the footer says but not turn it off. I would like to change the name of the copyright holder, and I would like to delete the Joomla license reference.

Please let me know the easiest way to accomplish this.
