How to get mobile templates to call different menu modules?

I'm using a one-level menu system on our standard website but want my mobile templates to call a different menu module when viewed from a mobile browser - what can I do to make this work?

The short answer is to make a menu for the mobile templates which selects the pages you want to show on the mobile.
