I'm getting the same message that some others have and I've read the FAQ about it:

Cannot download TeraWURFL databaseTeraWURFL will be disabled.

I'm running Joomla 1.5.22 and using Dreamhost. I understand there is a file that I can download and install into my root directory? My Joomla site is actually a subdomain so can I still do this? I'm new at this stuff but I've gotten pretty good at FTP lately. Where is my root directory? I would really like to get this thing working for me.

It's where fronend's index.php is located.

Normally when you create a sub-domain, the hosting server creates a directory/folder so you can publish what ever you intend. For example, if you create foo.yourdomain.com, a directory called foo will be created. That directory is foo's root.
