Hello everyone - 
I installed Mobile Joomla 0.9.12 into my website and have begin testing out some of the features.  One thing that is completely baffling to me is how to create a form that will display on mobile phones and allow visitors to my website to fill out a simple form and submit the results.  

I can set up a simple email link to send a plain email message to us, but this solution isn't ideal for me.  
Currently, I am running Jommla 1.6.1 - Does anyone have any recommendations for how I can accomplish this?
