Mobile working on desktop, not phone.

I'm having a strange issue. I have mobile joomla working one my phone if I do not use subdomains. If I then use subdomains m.domain.com it will not work on my phone, it does however show my mobile site if using the browser on my desktop. Any ideas why my subdomain would work on my desktop and not my phone. Im using version 0.9.12.
I have all mobile versions set to m.domain.com right now for testing.

Also worth noting, I have sh404sef, the mobile version is disabled. This still happens even if I completely disable SEF's on the site. I also pulled out the livesite line in my config file and it is still doing it.

Must be something with my configuration joomla. When disabling all mobile stuff too I can't get to it.
