I downloaded Firefox for Android and the website works fine in this browser when the phone are connectet to the mobile network. I have also tried some of the other websites that are mention in here and it seems that all of them get an 404 error with my standard browser on mye Samsung Galaxy S with Android 2.2.1. Other websites which don´t use Mobile Joomla works fine... So it seems to me that there is something between MJ and the standard browser on my phone that don´t work together?

From MobileJoomla's "point of view" there is no difference between pathes of requests. So, most likely the issue is because of certain limitations of your mobile browser. To be sure, post here its user-agent string (get it by visiting mobilejoomla.com/ua.php).

This is the user-agent string for the standard browser that comes with my mobile phone, and wich I have trouble opening websites made in Mobile Joomla through the mobile network:

Your user agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android; no-no; GT-I9000 Build/FROYO) AppleWebKit/533.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/533.1

It may be that your browser has limit on maximum size of webpage. Note that mootools library (64K) and huge external image www.hooked.no/images/badges/hooked-badge-2.png (~63K) are loaded on your site.

Well, then it must be only when I´m using the mobile network because it works when I´m connected to WiFi.

Could you see if this page should be a problem for this kind of limit?

Could you post a link to a website that is made with MJ and are not too 'big'?

Same problem with www.mobilejoomla.com, - 404-error... through mobile network with standard browser.

Most likely it means that it's issue of mobile network provider or device settings.

The pattern is that none of the tested sites that use MJ works on my standard brower on the mobile network. Other mobile sites that uses other technolgy or plattforms works fine like www.vg.no, www.yr.no, www.nrk.no etc.

The MJ sites works fine with the standard browser when I use the mobile phone on WiFi.

When I use the Firefox browser on my phone all MJ-sites are good on both mobile network and WiFi.
